Technology Services
Technology Services provides enterprise computing resources, telecommunications and client support, and includes:
Enterprise Application Systems
Enterprise Application Systems (EAS) is responsible for projects, production support, and maintenance of our University’s Enterprise Systems.
EAS works with functional areas around the campus to update and maintain various systems. EAS also works with campus areas to evaluate, plan and propose new systems and technologies that enhance operations and support our University’s strategic plan.
Information Security Office
The Information Security Office increases information security awareness, coordinates University information security initiatives, and investigates information security incidents.
Increasing information security awareness, coordinating University information security initiatives, and investigating information security incidents are core components of this mission.

OIT Business Services
OIT Business Services provides billing for printing & graphics, mail services, telephone, computer hardware repair, web development charges and other OIT services for the University.
Long Distance calling cards, 800 numbers, off campus telephone lines, and cell phones are also obtained through OIT Business Services.
OIT Business Services operates the University Switchboard and maintains the faculty-staff and local area telephone directories and telephone databases.

Postal Mail Services
Mail Services for Boise State University is provided by Central Postal Services, State of Idaho Department of Administration.
Department ID codes must be on all outgoing mail. Deliveries and pickups are made once per day.

Printing and Graphic Services
Printing and Graphic Services provides Boise State University and Idaho state agencies with cost-effective graphic communication products and services.
Our purpose is to be a major contributor in the dissemination of information; faster, at less cost, with less complexity. We view our role as an agent for improved University communications.
