2015 Bronco Appathon

It’s time for Bronco Appathon 4 where the best student programmers and entrepreneurs will team up over a weekend to build amazing applications.  The event is hosted by the Associated Students of Boise State University, the Office of Information Technology, the College of Business and Economics, and the College of Engineering at Boise State.

The 2015 Bronco Appathon will be held March 6-8, 2015 at Boise State.

  • When: 4:30pm Friday, March 6th – 4:00pm Sunday, March 8th (it’s a weekend-long coding marathon)
  • Where: Interactive Learning Center (ILC) Building, Boise State University, Boise (map)
  • What: The event begins Friday with a 4:30pm Keynote Address followed by some advice/lessons learned from last year and last minute instructions.  Coding will start right after the Keynote event on Friday.  Everyone will be building until Sunday at 11:00am, followed by demos and awards starting at 1:00pm.
  • Who: All full- or part-time Boise State students are eligible.
  • Judging: Submitted apps will be judged by a panel consisting of local industry experts.
  • Prizes will be awarded to first, second and third place teams along with a prize for the best design, along with lots of raffle prizes throughout the event.

Registration will open Monday, February 2, 2015.
