Classroom Technology Support
The Office of Information Technology provides support for general purpose classroom technology at Boise State University. OIT is currently standardizing equipment and software in these classrooms to ensure a consistent, professional experience for faculty and students.
Please report any classroom technology emergencies to 426-1850.
To receive a demonstration on using classroom technology, or request enhancements, call the Help Desk @ the Zone at 426-4357 or email helpdesk@boisestate.edu.
Schedule
Classroom technology support is available Monday – Thursday 7:00 am – 10:00 pm, and Friday 7:00 – 6:00 pm.

Classroom Database
OIT is currently in the process of streamlining technology hardware in campus general purpose classrooms, a project that will continue throughout the 2011-2012 academic year. Until that project is complete, there will continue to be differences in classroom technology hardware and control systems.
