Office of Information TechnologyTechnology ServicesProvides enterprise computing resources, telecommunications, and client support services. The OIT Help Desk offers a one-stop location where the campus community can get help for operational, software and hardware questions and issues. All University computer accounts require an Account Request Form accessed online, printed and signed by the requestor and supervisor, and delivered to the OIT Help Desk. Telephone and Network Services Telephone and Network Services provides a stable and reliable telephone and network system which has the confidence of users and management. Telephone and Network Services is the University's top level of file servicer support, servicing both academic and administrative needs. Telephone and Network Services Service Requests can be made through Help Desk Self Service. OIT Business Services provides billing for printing & graphics, mail services, telephone, computer hardware repair, web development charges and other OIT Services to University departments. OIT operates three large student computing facilities including labs on both the main campus and at the West Campus.
