Archive To Go is a software application used to convert legacy GroupWise email and archive data to lightweight collection of files, and then view those files.
How to Use Archive To Go
- Click the Viewer shortcut on your desktop.
- Upon launch, your “Primary Mailbox” will be displayed.
- To view Archive data, click the “Primary Mailbox” dropdown and choose the appropriate Archive file.
The interface was designed to mimic the GroupWise client interface, so you should find it to be familiar.
Archive To Go has a search feature that will search all of your mailbox and archive data. Click the magnifying glass tool below the menu bar and enter in your desired search criteria.
Backing Up Your Archive To Go Data
The Archive To Go directory may be burned to a CD/DVD and transferred to another computer, or stored in a safe place until needed.
Keep in mind Archive To Go stores your saved emails and archive data in a format viewable by anyone else who uses your computer, so be sure to keep your data safe and secure.
