Desk Phones
- Cisco IP desk phones and accessories are ordered via requests to Help Desk Self Service. See information and pricing for phones and accessories.

Voicemail

Cell Phones
Employees whose job duties require the frequent use of a cell phones (or “smartphones”) can be given a taxable monthly allowance to compensate for business use of a personal phone.
Employees must work with their supervisors to determine the dollar amount of their monthly allowance.
Conference Calls
OIT offers three types of conference calls for faculty and staff:

Billing Research
OIT Business imposes a billing research fee of $36.00 per hour, billable in 1/4 hour increments.
This fee applies to requests for materials such as copies of non-current customer toll statements, or prior service unit billings; investigations of non-current information on service until billings or billable repairs; and requests for other documentation or historical records.
The billing research fee applies for any requests for research older than 90 days.
This fee does not apply to normal, day-to-day customer billing services.
