Boise State: Directory Update

Information is used for the University Switchboard and Telephone Directories. Which is available to the public through the Boise State home page at www.boisestate.edu. Your e-mail address, office telephone, fax number, and name are also published in the State of Idaho Directory available on the web.

IMPORTANT NOTES ON DIRECTORY CHANGES:

Individuals must contact contact Human Resources at 426-1616, to initiate name and title changes.
For caller ID changes (telephone display name) please submit a work order at support.boisestate.edu.
Submit this form for corrections to other data only (department, location, phone #, fax #, and email address).
Please note the online directories are updated every Monday.
Only benefited-BSU employees will appear in the directory. Student employees and Graduate Assistants will not appear in the directory.
If you are an affiliate employee (not paid directly by BSU) wishing to gain access to BSU systems, please refer to the Affiliate website for instructions.
Employees will be removed from the directory when they have been separated from BSU's employment by Human Resources.
