Information is used for the University Switchboard and Telephone Directories. Which is available to the public through the Boise State home page at www.boisestate.edu. Your e-mail address, office telephone, fax number, and name are also published in the State of Idaho Directory available on the web. Please note the online directories are updated once a week on Monday mornings. Only BSU employees who are State Employees will appear in the directory. Student employees and Graduate Assistants will NOT appear in the directory. Employees titles and names are based on Human Resources data. Any changes to them must be submitted to HR before they will appear in the online directories. Please call Human Resources at 426-1616 to make changes to these two fields. Directory information is now pulled from PeopleSoft. Submit this form for corrections to other data only (department, location, phone #, fax #, and email address). For caller ID changes please submit a work order at http://helpdesk.boisestate.edu/. In order to have an employee removed from the directory your department MUST submit termination paperwork to HR. Once an employee is no longer active they are automatically removed from the directory.
