Blackboard consists of web-based tools for creating and managing educational content, encouraging student interaction and knowledge sharing, and creation and deployment of tests, quizzes and assignments.

my.BoiseState provides access to class registration, scheduling, student accounts, personnel data, employee information, and more.
- Employees: my.BoiseState provides access to paycheck and leave information, direct deposit, W-4 forms, benefits, and personal information. Browse to my.boisestate.edu, click Faculty/Staff Sign In, then click PeopleSoft.
- Faculty/Staff/Advisors: my.BoiseState provides access to teaching schedules, class rosters, course permissions numbers, and general student information. Browse to my.boisestate.edu, click Faculty/Staff Sign In, then click PeopleSoft.
- Campus Community: my.BoiseState provides access to the University’s course catalog and class schedules. Browse to my.boisestate.edu, then click Guest Login at upper-left.

Google Apps for Education
Google Apps for Education is more than just email and calendaring.
Google Apps is the University’s enterprise groupware system for staff, faculty , and students, and features a suite of web-based, cross-platform collaboration tools, including cloud file storage and synchronization, word processing, spreadsheets, wikis (team websites), group email management, YouTube video hosting, and dozens of other applications.
PeopleSoft Finance
PeopleSoft Finance is the University’s financial administration system, and includes asset management, accounts payable, purchasing, and Travel and Expense.
PeopleSoft Human Resources
PeopleSoft Human Resources is the University’s human resources, payroll, and student services administration system, as well as the Time and Labor employee time and leave reporting system.
Scholarship Donor Thank You Letter System
The Scholarship Donor Thank You Letter System is an online tool available for students to write thank you letters to their scholarship donors and express their gratitude. These letters are packaged and mailed by University Advancement (UA) to all University donors.

uPay
uPay, part of the TouchNet Marketplace Suite, is a web-based payment system for students administered by the Office of Student Financials. Requests for uPay support issues or account access should be routed through the OIT Help Desk.

WordPress is site management software that eases the process of website content publishing and administration, allowing people with little or no knowledge of HTML to contribute and edit information online.
