Development Services is responsible for projects, production support, and maintenance of our University’s Enterprise Systems.

OIT Business Services
OIT Business Services provides billing for printing & graphics, mail services, telephone, computer hardware repair, web development charges and other IT services for the University.
Long Distance calling cards, 800 numbers, off campus telephone lines, and cell phones are also obtained through OIT Business Services.
OIT Business Services operates the University Switchboard and maintains the faculty-staff and local area telephone directories and telephone databases.

Postal Mail Services
Mail Services for Boise State University is provided by Central Postal Services, State of Idaho Department of Administration.
Department ID codes must be on all outgoing mail. Deliveries and pickups are made once per day.
