About Password Resets

If you have difficulty changing your password, please contact the Help Desk by phone at (208) 426-4357 or visit one of our Zone locations (see below).

Passwords can only be changed over the phone or in person; for security reasons, requests via e-mail or Help Desk Self Service to reset passwords will not be honored. We will ask your for information to confirm your identity before your password is changed.
