Password Resets

If you have difficulty changing your password, please contact the Help Desk by phone at (208) 426-4357 or visit one of our Zone locations.

Passwords can only be changed over the phone or in person; for security reasons, we cannot honor password reset requests through e-mail or Help Desk Self Service. Our staff will ask you to confirm your identity before your password is changed.

  • Help Desk @ The Zone – Interactive Learning Center
    ILC, Room 128
    Monday through Friday, 7:00 am through 6:00 pm. Saturday and Sunday 10:00 am through 5:00 pm.
  • Help Desk @ The Zone – Student Union Building
    SUB, across from the Bookstore
    Monday through Friday 8:00 am through 5:00 pm.
