Troubleshoot Login Problems


This document explains what to do if you are having login problems.

If you try to log-in to Blackboard Learn and receive a message saying “Could not login. Valid authentication credentials were not provided,” then you have entered the wrong username, password, or both. Your password may have expired, or you may have mistyped it.
