One-On-One Consultations

When you need technical assistance with Blackboard, Techsmith Relay, Qualtrics, or iClicker Cloud – schedule a One-On-One Consultation with Learning Technology Solutions and you can meet with a technologist face-to-face, over the phone, or over an internet hangout to answer your questions.

Financial Aid Participation Verification

When a student withdraws from a class they are automatically deactivated in their Blackboard Course Sites. Sometimes Financial Aid reaches out to instructors to verify course activity for these students. The integrated course submission summary report allows instructors to see a student’s last submission of any sort in a course.

Opt Out Request for Blackboard Course Archive and Retention

Blackboard course sites that are greater than 2 years old will be archived. To prevent or opt. Out of your course site being archived, complete this form.

Restore a Blackboard Course Site Request

If you need a Blackboard Course Site to be returned from the Archive, fill out this form.

Blackboard Integration Request Form

This request form is for official instructors or employees seeking to introduce a new integration into the existing Learning Management System.
