When a student withdraws from a class they are automatically deactivated in their Blackboard Course Sites. Sometimes Financial Aid reaches out to instructors to verify course activity for these students. One way of verifying course activity is to request the student be re-activated in the course so they appear in the Grade Center once more and the professor can see scores for any completed assignments.
Blackboard course sites that are greater than 2 years old will be archived. To prevent or opt. Out of your course site being archived, complete this form.
