Department Software is defined as software used only by a small number of departments or areas on campus.

ACEware

ACEware is a class management and student registration software system used by Extended Studies and the Center for Workforce Training.

Password: Your ACEware password is your Boise State password.

CampusCall

CampusCall is “phonathon” software used by University Advancement for fundraising.

CATS

CATS is a database used by Boise Police to track K9 officer training.

Check Scanning

University Advancement uses the Check Scanning web application in conjunction with check scanners to make deposits.


EdConnect

EdConnect is used by Financial Aid.

EMS

EMS software makes it easy to manage rooms, events, resources and services for maximum space utilization across multiple locations.

The Financial Edge

The Financial Edge is financial management software used by Advancement and Athletics.

Meeting Room Manager

Meeting Room Manager is used to control and schedule Breakout rooms in the Interactive Learning Center (ILC).

NuPark

NuPark is used by Transportation and Parking Services to accept payments for passes and citations.

PaperPort

PaperPort is OCR software used by Human Resource Services.

PyraMED

PyraMED is billing and appointment software used by University Health Services.

The Raiser’s Edge

The Raiser’s Edge is fund-raising management software used by Advancement and Athletics.

Resource25 is an application that allows events, meetings, and course sessions to be scheduled and rooms or spaces assigned or booked.

Simplicity is an application used by the Career Center for the BroncoJobs system.

STARS

STARS is the State of Idaho’s payroll system. Quick 3270 software is installed on computers requiring connection to the STARS system.

TAWKS

TAWKS (Time Allocation Workload Knowledge Study application) is used to communicate to participants in the Time Allocation Workload Knowledge Study.
